Shipping policy – Delivery:

For shipping and forwarding policies in Hanoi city. Divided into 2 areas: The area within a radius of 1km from the location of the store and the area outside the radius of 1km from the store location:

The area within 1 km from the store location:
Delivery method: Sales staff at the store (direct delivery).
Payment method: directly by cash or bank transfer.
Free delivery with each order valued at 100,000 VND or more.
Calculate 15k delivery fee for each order valued under 100,000 VND.
Delivery time: 60 minutes at the latest (with processed goods), 30 minutes (goods available) since the employee responds to customer requests.
In case of delay in delivery or service provision: Store staff will promptly notify customers and create opportunities for customers to cancel orders if they wish.
Area outside the radius of 1km from the store location:
Delivery method: Through shipper service (indirect delivery).
Delivery fee: According to the delivery service fee schedule.
Payment method: directly by cash or bank transfer.
Delivery time: Depends on the delivery service side.
In case of damage or loss of goods due to delivery service: Party of delivery service is fully responsible for compensating customers.
